Our Mission & Vission
We are two brothers that grew up just north of Austin in a small town called Temple, Texas. The name of the company is derived from our two different last names. Taylor + Eaton = Tayton
Together we formed this Texas based company that buys houses, lots, land, and other property in Austin, Texas. Southern Hospitality and good, honest communication is what we used to build the foundation of this company.
We have successfully served over 250 property owners, real estate agents, and brokers in the Austin Real Estate Market. People seeking to sell their house, land, or apartment buildings; experience world-class service and a smooth transaction.

JOSH EATON
Owner
Josh Eaton moved to Austin in late 2011 after living several years in the DFW metroplex. With a background in hospitality, Josh has worked hard over the years to incorporate his non-traditional way of thinking, his core values, along with his ability to network with new individuals into his current industry/business, real estate investing. Now with several companies, Josh is actively working in the Austin, Texas market, alongside his brother and close friends, doing an assortment of real estate transactions and developments.
CHUCK TAYLOR
Owner
Raised in Central TX, Chuck started his real estate career in his early 20’s buying and selling real estate notes. From there, his passion to be an entrepreneur lead him through several experiences that would improve his knowledge and skills in customer service, management, sales, new home construction, strategic partnerships & more. After owning and operating several business, including a bar on 6th street (The Gatsby), Chuck decided he wanted more freedom and time to spend with his family. This lead to the birth his 1st investment firm.
